Axom is delighted to offer for sale one twentieth shares in an absolutely stunning two-year-old filly by promising sire, Discreet Cat. This beautiful-looking filly was purchased at the world-famous Selected Yearling sale at Fasig-Tipton in Kentucky and caught the eye with her athletic, easy movement and tremendous scope.

She boasts an excellent pedigree and is a granddaughter of the Champion Turf Mare in America, Estrapade, who also enjoyed a successful career in Europe and finished second in the Group 1 Prix Vermeille at Longchamp. She is also closely related to Classic-placed filly, Miss Mambo.

Discreet Cat himself was a phenomenal racehorse and was rated the world's best three-year-old after an undefeated campaign which saw him take the Grade 1 Cigar Mile at Aqueduct in a course record time. His first crop are two-year-olds in 2011 and his progeny look to have inherited his speed and class by recording impressive, wide-margin victories.

This exciting filly will be trained by Champion Trainer, Richard Hannon from his Herridge base near Marlborough in Wiltshire. Richard has trained eight Axom winners in just two seasons and his star performers include Canford Cliffs, Strong Suit, Dick Turpin, Paco Boy, King Torus, Libranno and Harbour Watch. Stable visits to Herridge are always great fun and always culminate in the nearby local pub.
