Songburst is an attractive son of Singspiel and after showing some promise on his debut at Lingfield in February 2011, he came home a cosy winner on his second start at Kempton seven months later. He landced another race at Kempton before enjoying a break over the winter. He could be one to follow this spring as he is unexposed on turf.
